ACTIVIDADES REALIZADAS DURANTE EL AÑO LECTIVO 08/09 POR PARTE DEL COMITÉ DE PADRES DE COLEGIO MAYA AGOSTO/08 Se conformo el comité Se implementó el programa de Léale a sus hijos por parte de los padres de familia durante todo el año. SEPTIEMBRE/08 Se programó la organización para celebrar evento en ISNA Se visitó ISNA para conocer las necesidades existentes. Se solicitó la colaboración a todos los alumnos, de artículos de primera necesidad y canasta básica. OCTUBRE/08 Se organizó la entrega de donativo de víveres donados por los alumnos, con la colaboración de 6o. 7o. Y 8o. Grados. Se celebró el Día del niño con un Show preparado por alumnos de 11o. Y se repartió pastel, sorbete y refrigerio. Se hizo entrega de donativo de mantas para el área de niños especiales. Se comenzó la preparación para el evento del Talent Show. NOVIEMBRE/08 Se convocó a padres de familia para la colaboración de lectura a los diferentes grados en la Semana Literaria. Se solicito la colaboración de alumnos para la donación de juguetes Se repartieron las funciones entre los padres de familia que colaboraron junto al comité, como la de coordinación, decoración, alimentos y bebidas, seguridad, supervisión y la coordinación artística de personalidades invitadas. Se llevo parte del show de talentos a los niños del ISNA y refrigerio. DICIEMBRE/08 Se hizo entrega de juguetes donados por los alumnos a todos los niños del ISNA y se les entregó un pequeño refrigerio. Se organizó venta de bebidas frías y refrigerio e evento de Intramuros del Colegio. Se hizo la compra de adornos y luces para la decoración navideña previo al evento de la Pastorela. ENERO/09 Se coordino la preparación de eventos para los meses siguientes. FEBRERO/09 Se colaboró en la decoración evento Día de Abuelos Se preparó material para la toma de fotografías en dicho evento. MARZO/09 Colaboración en la decoración para recibir a niños de intercambio de México ABRIL/09 Se colaboró para la decoración de los 15 años del colegio. Colaboración para la decoración en evento de Semana Maya (Teatro Presidente) Venta de refrigerio en Primaria. MAYO/09 Se convocó a madres enlace para que invitaran a otras madres a realizar lecturas relacionadas con valores en la Semana de Valores JUNIO/09 Se colaboró en la decoración de la graduación de Preparatoria. ACTIVITIES DURING THE 08/09 SCHOOL YEAR BY THE PARENTS OF COLEGIO MAYA COMMITTEE. AUGUST/08 Constitution of the committee. We implemented the program “Parents, read to your children” SEPTEMBER/08 The organization is scheduled to hold an event at ISNA, to learn about the current needs. We requested the collaboration of all students, hygienic necessities, and basic food needs. OCTOBER/08 We organized the delivery food donate by students, with the collaboration of the 6th, 7th, and 8th. Grades. The students enjoyed a show produced and performed by the 11th graders. Spread cake, sherbet and snacks were served. A donation of blankets was made to and orphanage of special children. Preparations began for the Talent Show. NOVEMBER/08 Parents were invited to read in the classroom during Literacy Week. We requested the participation of students to donate toys. Assignments were made among the parents of the committee such as; coordination, decoration, food and beverage, security, monitoring, and coordination of artistic guests. Production of the Talent show, snacks, and ISNA DECEMBER/08 We delivered toys donated by students to the orphanage children and ISNA were given a small snack. We provided cold drinks and snacks for purchase at the Intramural Event. Ornaments and Christmas lights were purchased for decoration prior to the Pastorela. JANUARY/09 We coordinated the preparation of events for the coming months. FEBRUARY/09 We assisted in the decoration of the Grandparents Day event. Materials were prepared for taking photos during that event. MARCH/09 Collaborated in the decoration for the child exchange with Mexico. APRIL/09 Decorated for the 15 year school celebration. We made plans for decorating during the Easter event in Maya (Theater Chair) Sale of refreshments in the primary school. MAY/09 Mothers were invited to link together and to invite other mothers to do readings relating to securities during Securities Week We helped to decorate for the Preparatory graduation. JUNE/09 We helped to decorate for the high school graduation. A value is required.
